Life Insurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness Cover

In life and in business, insurance provides a way of managing risk and keeping things on the move, which otherwise, could have devastating consequences.

These policies pay out if you die or have a Terminal Illness within a specified period.   This is important to protect the financial security of your loved ones in the event of your death to clear any mortgage and/or debt liability. There are different types of Life Insurance/Assurance available to you and we advise on the best type of cover suited to your circumstances, the level of cover and term.

These policies typically pay out a lump sum if you survive a specified critical illness; Heart Attack, Multiple-Sclerosis, various forms of Cancer, a Stroke, Blindness, Deafness, Kidney Failure and many more. Your children are usually covered free of charge under these policies. You can then use the payout to pay off your mortgage, medical expenses or even go on holiday – the choice is yours.

These policies can enable you to receive benefit payments of up to around half your income if you are unable to work due to long-term health problems. These payments will continue until you recover or, if you fail to do so, until the end of the policy term - which is typically your intended retirement date.

These policies are set up to pay mortgage related costs should you be in a position where you can’t make the payments yourself. It is also possible for us to to insure yourself even if you do not have a mortgage.

As a landlord, a simple home insurance policy will not offer the level of coverage you need. Your investment will need specialist cover to protect both the structure and the rental income you will earn from being a landlord.

If you can’t afford to lose it, it’s there to protect you from the unexpected. There are many pitfalls that are associated with being a landlord such as tenants refusing to pay rent, taking tenants to court, structural or contents damage and many more. Small price to pay to get the piece of mind knowing that your investment and your income from the property is safe.

Covers the cost of repairing or rebuilding your home, or replacing the things in it if they are damaged, lost or stolen. We can insure your buildings or the contents of your home - or both.
